New look is a great place to shop for clothes. You will find almost everything and I was surprised to see a pair of VEGAN bling bling shoes. They had pretty accessories as well as face and body products.

The store in Croydon shoud be closed at 6pm during the week day. I was ther at 5.55 pm to collect my on line order. They were closed already and pretented not to see customers outside trying to get to the shop. Afwul and unhelpful customer service.

Awful south asian female employee who yelled “if you’re not going to buy it, put it back!!” whilst she walked passed me still trying some clothes on in front of a mirror (as for some reason they had closed their fitting rooms at 3pm on Sunday 9 October). My intention from the outset was to put them back, but as I was totally shocked and appalled by her disgusting manners, I decided not to do so. She then yelled again “I said if you’re not gonna buy them, put them back!”, scaring all the other customers around her on the ground floor, with her tone and behavior. She then approached me aggressively, waving her arms around, screaming “bruv get out of my store, get out of my store!!”. This employee needs to he sacked asap. This was not normal human behavior, let alone of someone who is meant to be providing a service. Speechless.

I have been to shopping there for the first time, lovely shop but I found one lady of the staff very disrespectful, after trying my clothes she asked me to fold them (which is their job) and to hang up with rude manners. I agree with the reviews here, the staff need to more training with clients.

Great range of items, lovely sales at all times. I was surprised to see that the prices has gone up, some of the items quality does not justify the price. Feel they are a bit overpriced. Otherwise, its a good place to come for trendy clothing. Staff is always friendly and shop is neat.

This store is definitely for younger girls. Not for my age group. I bought socks in here I really liked only able to buy six pairs. Then they were discontinued. I needed eight more pairs.

Terrible service I waited for 40 minutes in the queue and when I went to pay the shop assistant refused me to serve because I said can you please be more productive because lots of people where waiting while she was having a chat with one of the customers Manager Daniela was very rude . I will never comeback there again
